Growing a relationship Network
- Begin building quality nodes (initially 3 - 7)
- reducing "shot in the dark"
- confirm alignment of values / mission
- select those that you'll being working closely with more closely
- confirm that working together produces energy...passion, inspire, share
- select leadership team...with major resource commitment (time, talent, ideas, $)
- refine the network to bring in skills and knowledge needed
- do work, make decisions - build trust in the network
