Business-in-residence Detread works to empower Detroit residents to clean up and properly dispose of illegally abandoned tires in their neighborhoods. Last week, in partnership with Repair the World, they helped neighbors on Marjorie St. in NW Detroit clean up more than 400 tires!
On Monday, Lauren from nonprofit-in-residence American Institute of Architects Detroit asked a group of Green Garagers for some feedback on AIA Detroit's evolving identity. We organize conversations like this once a month to make sure our community is connected, engaged, and supportive of each other's work.
Colin from nonprofit-in-residence FoodLab Detroit gets ready for FoodLab's 2nd annual celebration on Friday.

This week the Green Garage welcomes interns Mahala Clayton and Amre Metwally, who joined businesses-in-residence Patronicity and LaunchGood, respectively. Patronicity and LaunchGood are sister businesses focused on crowdfunding, with the former focusing on local communities and the latter on the global Muslim community.
