Val Waller of business-in-residence Fresh Corner Cafe setting up their latest display at a Citgo gas station at Schaefer & McNichols in NW Detroit. "And through the sea of potato chips and traditional corner store fare, a beacon of freshness emerged!" Fresh Corner's mission is to increase access to fresh food by getting their products in corner stores & gas stations throughout the city.
