Walls

  • Brick Base
    • block (reused) / common brick base (exterior)
    • x.xft (about 2ft) tall
    • row-lock top with 1/2" overhang
  • Metal Window System
    • Side Sequence 2-2.5ft + 5ft + 5ft + 2-2.5ft Windows
    • Interior North Wall 2.5ft window + 2-3ft doors + 2.5ft window
    • Use oak 2x4 as vertical members between windows. (maybe metal?)
    • Make 6"x6" corner columns
  • Wood facia at the top of E/W/N walls


Floors

  • Use historic pavers - Detroit red (or hocking)
  • Steps?
  • Tie into alley elevation

Ceiling

  • Wing Caps
    • Wood w/ metal beams
  • Vertical windows (sides)
    • Custom metal angle
  • Arched top
    • Wood w/ metal beams -or- winmdows

Doors / Windows

    • Bring natural daylight into room

      • door needs window for daylight transmission from hallway window
