- Front Door - Aluminum frame with glass ... black trim (we are exploring a historic wood door option)
- Side Door - Solid core (metal) in black (we are exploring a historic wood door option)
- Truck Door - Metal - dark historic green ... (we are exploring a historic wood garage door option)
- Fence - black wrought iron or aluminum (as shown in drawing)
- Parking lot - historic pavers with crushed stone.
- Low profile lighting fixtures...black
- South and East Elevations (alley and back)

- 1 large set of plans and 1 11x17 set of plans
- Site plan (DONE)
- Elevations (DONE) (Need Woody's also)
- Materials (in Word)
- Planting plan (Copy)
- Window brochure (electronic + drawing <print>)
- Any digital photo's
- Next Historic Commission Meeting is on July 8th; materials due June 22nd
- Met with Susan McBride at her office (about February 2009)

Building
- Met with Jim Sears (Building) on 06/11/09
- Jim said that "your adding an office to a warehouse"
- Paid $1,160 ($160 for plan review and $1,000 for BZA)

- Sent the plans on to John for Site Plan review
- Then they go to the BZA for review and scheduling
- They'll call Ted with updates

- Covered basic building use and plan.
- Currently approved for warehouse and storage use.
- Bill said everything looked good except parking...which needs to go to BZA
